Return Policy

• We have a 30 day return policy for stock items. Anything in this category must be in brand new condition and in its factory container. These are accepted with an 25% restock charge.
• We do not accept open blister packs or returns of any software.
• All returns require a return reference number.

PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS PURCHASED UNDER OUR “FREE FREIGHT PROGRAM” MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE OUTBOUND FREIGHT IF RETURN IS NOT DEFECTIVE OR RETURN IS NOT A K&W MARINE-ELECTRONICS ERROR.
